Collision is the volume. This is the passion. Classics, exotics, full custom builds and specialty paint on anything that will hold a finish.
Custom and classic work is not a bigger version of a collision job. Parts are not always available, panels are not always straight from the factory, and there is no flat-rate book telling you how long it should take. It takes a shop that will slow down and get it right. If you have something rare, unusual or genuinely not a car at all, bring it in and we will talk through what it actually needs.
Classic
Non-autoWe walk the whole piece with you first. On a custom or classic build, surprises halfway through are expensive for everyone.
The signature work is where the owner is most hands-on. He is in the bay on these builds, not just signing off on them.
Custom and classic work does not run on a flat-rate clock. It goes home when it is as close to perfect as we can make it.
It depends entirely on the condition you are starting from and how far you want to take it. We scope the work in stages and quote it itemized, so you can see what a driver-quality finish costs versus a full concours-level rebuild before committing.
A restomod keeps the body and character of a classic while updating what you actually live with: drivetrain, brakes, suspension, wiring and climate control. You get a car that looks period-correct and drives like something modern.
Yes, and it is some of our favorite work. We take on watercraft, motorcycles and non-vehicle pieces that need bodywork, custom paint or a specialty finish. Most body shops in the valley will not touch this, which is exactly why we do.
Yes. We match original finishes including single-stage and older metallics, and we can reproduce a discontinued color. We also do full custom paint if you would rather not stay factory-correct.
Yes. Plenty of projects are paint and bodywork only, or a single problem area like rust in a quarter panel. You do not have to commit to a full frame-off build to bring the car in.
Classic, exotic, custom or not a car at all. Call the shop and tell us what you are working with.
